Foreign Investors Visas

Although our company is not a law firm and cannot give a legal advice, we have some knowledge and experience in obtaining for our clients EB-5 VISA.

EB-5 VISA for foreign investors is a United States VISA created by the Immigration Act of 1990. This VISA provides a method of obtaining a green card for foreign nationals who invest money in the United States.

Requirements for this VISA are:

-          Investments at least $500,000

-          Creating at least 10 jobs.

Lately Congress simplifies the process of obtaining those VISAS in order to stimulate the economy. The Immigrant Investor Piled Program was created on October 6, 1992.

This was in accordance to Congressional mandate aimed at stimulating economic activity and job growth. Investors in this program get opportunity to become lawful permanent resident.
This investment could only be received by an economic unit defined by Regional Center.

U.S. CIS approved a list containing 25 states for Regional Center projects such as Arizona, California, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Hawaii, NY, New Jersey, Vermont, etc.

Our firm specializing in selling real estate in South Florida, therefore it took our attention on the new opened project in the fast food business with its first two locations this year (2011) and two more under the contract to close.

MIAMI- based development firm Queens Fort Capitol Corp bought exclusive development rights in South Florida to build and operate Sonic restaurants, with 50 locations eyed for Miami-Dade and Broward County in the next 4 years.

The company is raising capital to build and operate Sonic restaurants by attracting internationals to invest in the restaurants in exchange for a green card. The spokesman for the Queen Fort Capitol said that “they identified out 8 out of 13 EB-5 investors in 3 ½ weeks.”

Through the government’s EB-5 visa program, foreign nationals are investing $500,000 apiece in these restaurants that are to create about 65 jobs each, and in return, are to get green cards.
