I have worked  many short sales and noticed that there was not a web site dedicated to providing sellers with useful information and buyers with an online inventory of finding short sales in the South Florida and Miami area.

When you have a short sale on your home it is better on your credit report since it will not show as if the foreclosure was done, it will only show the late payments. There are good deals that are also able to be found on good ol' MLS. There is no need to break in to your piggy bank when you buy with great savings.
